How refreshing it was to actually speak to a delightful person for a change and have that contact. Not only that but Aye was so very helpful to the point of posting my two trays with speedy 24 hr delivery and at no extra cost to us. What an exceptional service. We are thrilled too with the quality of them and staggered at the beautiful packaging. Each one individually wrapped with such care and quality paper. Can't thank you enough. There are products and then there are products sold by URUHome. I am completely in awe at the quality of the rattan laundry hamper I've just purchased . It's worth every single penny and the customer service I received was equally exceptional.

My three rattan baskets have arrived and I could not be happier with them.
They are in the brown colour and it is a beautiful, rich colour unlike most on the market. They are well made, sturdy and will be perfect to use as vegetable baskets in my new kitchen . I am now going straight on to the website to buy a matching decorative tray for my island. Would not hesitate to recommend these products.

I was so glad to come across this fantastic company when I was searching for a rattan basket. Yes o.k they are not cheap, but you have to weigh up the the absolute quality that will never see landfill because these products will be passed on for others to cherish. I am now saving up for a laundry basket and umbrella stand. My newly delivered tall veg basket with leather handles looks great at the side of the fireplace with some throws in it. This small business deserves to thrive and expand they provide excellent customer service with quality goods that will last. A big thank you from me.

I spent a good while searching online for the 'right' laundry basket and finally settled for the Rattan Tall Cylinder Laundry Basket. It was more expensive than others I had ear-marked but I am totally delighted with my choice.
The basket is the perfectly made, extremely sturdy and just the right size. I'm really happy with my purchase. It has the added bonus of a removable cotton liner.
I won't hesitate to order from this company again. Their customer service couldn't be better. They are charming and seem to genuinely care about their customers.
If I could give a star rating, it would be 10 out of 10 with no hesitation.

I ordered a magazine rack and medium oval wastepaper bin in the dark brown stain. The items arrived within a few days , were well packaged and in perfect condition. The quality was much better than I had been able to find on the high street, so I was happy to pay slightly more for this reason and because I preferred the rattan weave offered by Uru. Customer service is excellent and personal. I will definitely recommend to others and purchase from Aye again if I need this sort of item.

I cannot thank you enough for delivering both Uccello shoe horns in person to my house at the weekend, the delivery firm having let us both down. They are absolutely beautiful and my friend, who collects shoe horns (!) was delighted with them - ornaments that completely go with the decor in her apartment and that have a practical purpose!

I ordered several baskets and boxes. Shipment to Israel is expensive but Aye was very kind, responsive and efficient in helping me getting the best deal possible. i got the items within 3 days and they were in perfect shape, beautifully made and look wonderful at my home (unfortunately, i wanted more of one oval basket but it is sold out at the moment). loved them so much and i know for sure i'm going to order more of their items in the near future.
